Pre-orders

Products may be available for pre-order when EVOLT expects limited stock or high demand upon arrival. Pre-ordering is the best way to reserve an item in advance, especially for limited or high-demand products. As a thank you for waiting, pre-order customers may receive a special pre-order offer or discounted price.

The estimated arrival date is provided for reference only. Actual arrival may be earlier or later due to production schedules, international shipping, customs clearance, local logistics, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

If the arrival is delayed by more than 10 days from the estimated arrival date, customers may request a full refund for the pre-ordered item.

Except for delays exceeding 10 days, pre-order payments are non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that the item is not yet in stock and that delivery will be arranged once the product arrives at EVOLT Philippines.
