Return & Refund Policy

We accept exchanges for change of mind within 3 days after purchase, provided that the packaging is intact and the product has not been used or installed.

For change-of-mind exchanges, EVOLT will not cover the round-trip shipping costs.

We do not accept refunds or returns, except in cases involving product fitment issues or damage caused by the product itself.

In eligible refund cases, refunds are usually processed within 1–3 days.

If the item needs to be returned by courier due to an eligible product issue, the shipping cost will be covered by EVOLT.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise specifically stated, all products sold by EVOLT include a 1-year warranty or free replacement service.

Warranty claims must be coordinated with our sales supervisor. In most cases, the warranty process can be completed within 1–3 days.

If the same item is not available in stock, we may offer a similar replacement product as an alternative.
