EVOLT - Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

All EVOLT products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of receipt, unless otherwise specified.This Limited Warranty applies to purchases made through the EVOLT official or authorized EVOLT Delaer.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Cosmetic damage such as scratches, tears, dents, scuffs, discoloration, or surface wear.
2. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, liquid exposure, fire, weather, or other external causes.
3. Damage to internal or hidden components (e.g., foam padding) that are not visible after installation.
4. Damage caused by servicing or repair performed by non-authorized technicians.
5. Damage resulting from modifications, alterations, or customization without written consent from EVOLT.
6. Damage caused by installing EVOLT products on vehicles for which they are not intended or not specified as compatible.
7. Damage or defects resulting from improper installation, incorrect use, or failure to follow installation guides or manuals.
8. Damage to batteries in electronic products caused by improper chargers, power surges, neglect, normal wear, misuse, or water exposure.

Additional Terms for EV & Automotive Accessories

Warranty-Friendly Design

EVOLT products are designed to be warranty-friendly and do not interfere with a vehicle’s original manufacturer warranty when installed correctly.
However, EVOLT is not responsible for final warranty decisions made by any vehicle manufacturer.

Software & Firmware Updates

Vehicle software or firmware updates (including OTA updates) may affect product behavior.
Some electronic accessories may require recalibration or adjustment after such updates.
This is not considered a product defect.

System Compatibility

Warranty does not apply to issues caused by interaction with vehicle sensors, ADAS systems, ECUs, or communication buses unless the product is specifically designed for such integration.

Environmental Conditions

Damage caused by extreme heat, prolonged sun exposure, or improper storage is not covered unless explicitly stated.

Third-Party Installation

EVOLT is not liable for damage caused by installation performed by third-party shops unless completed by an EVOLT-authorized installer.

Performance Disclaimer

Performance results such as range improvement, aerodynamic gains, or noise reduction may vary depending on driving conditions.
EVOLT does not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

Returns & Proof of Purchase

All products returned for warranty replacement or refund must include the original invoice, which serves as proof of purchase.

EVOLT is not responsible for shipping fees, labor charges, installation costs, towing, storage, or any other expenses related to the use or installation of our products.
