We originally planned to evaluate service providers through customer ratings, but this may create unnecessary administrative work and does not always reflect accurate feedback.

Therefore, EVOLT will use a complaint-based system to maintain service quality.

1. If a service provider receives two or more valid complaints within a 30 day period, they will be suspended from our recommendation list for three months.
2. If a provider receives five valid complaints within two months, they will be permanently removed from the EVOLT recommended network.

All confirmed complaints will remain visible to visitors.
